Summer is in full swing

Well I don’t know how it happened but Spring flew by and I write this on the longest day of the year. The summer solstice - and our weather has been up & down & very dry to date but those lovely flowers are blooming their heads off.

I have been able to supply the Mailroom@kalaru with regular bouquets changing with the seasons - my instagram @bourndagrow keeps a record of these.

My succession planting has improved and the perennials are establishing and providing a steady supply.

The dahlias look great - I will fertilise & mulch this week to get them through summer.
